Privacy Policy

LeadClip ("we", "us") provides software that generates personalised outreach video pages. This policy explains what data we process and why. We act as a data processor for the lead data our customers upload, and as a data controller for our customers' own account data. We comply with the EU GDPR.

1. Data we process

• Account data — name, email, company, password hash, billing details (held by our payment processor, Stripe).
• Lead data uploaded by customers — typically first name, company name, email and website URL, used solely to generate that customer's personalised pages.
• Engagement data — page views, video plays and watch percentage, recorded when a recipient opens a generated page.
• Technical data — IP address and basic request metadata, for security and rate limiting.

2. How we use it

To create and host the personalised video pages, operate your account, process payments, provide support, and keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use lead data for any purpose other than serving the customer who uploaded it.

3. Sub-processors

• Stripe — payments.
• Resend — transactional email.
• Our hosting provider (EU/EEA server) — application and media storage.

4. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Generated pages and lead data are kept until you delete the campaign or your account, after which they are removed from our servers.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data, and may object to processing. Email support@leadclip.io and we will respond within 30 days. Customers remain responsible for having a lawful basis to upload their lead data and for honouring their leads' rights.

6. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and access is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
