Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of LeadClip. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

LeadClip generates and hosts personalised outreach video pages from content and lead lists you provide. We offer the service on a subscription basis with a free trial.

2. Your responsibilities

• You must have the right to upload your lead data and to contact those leads under applicable law (including GDPR and anti-spam rules).
• You are responsible for the content of your videos and pages, and for how you send the resulting links.
• No unlawful, misleading, infringing, or abusive use.

3. Billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown at checkout.

4. Availability

We aim for high availability but provide the service "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app.
